IMPROVED METHODS FOR THE PREPARATION OF INITIAL DATA FOR THE DIAGNOSIS ALGORITHM PARAMETRIC

The correctness of the result of an object technical state diagnosing depends on the effectiveness of the troubleshooting techniques, and on the perfection of input data preparation. In this paper, a number of improvements to the initial stages of the data preparation included in any algorithm for parametric diagnosing. Particular attention is given to the most crucial steps selection of the controlled area, the construction of the reference model, correction the measured the parameters to the standard atmospheric conditions. A comparative study of the effectiveness of various methods of smoothing the samples has been done. The proposed method can be used equally well as in tolerance control, and trends- analysis.
