MODIFICATIN OF CUTTING FLUIDS
IN GRINDING OF HARD MATERIALS

Recently,
the development of nanotechnology has become one of the strategic directions in
engineering and aircraft engine manufacturing. The article analyzes the
existing theories of frictional effects in metalworking. The question of the
possibility of structuring coolants with carbon nanomodifiers
conjunction, together with surface-active substances (SAS) in order to change the rheological
properties of lubricating-cooling technological means in the surface layer in
grinding hard materials to improve the
performance of parts of modern aircraft engines .
