FRAMES OF THE INTELLECTUAL
SYSTEM OF THE ATC CONTROLLER’S ERRORS ANALYSES

Taking
into account permanent and systematic influence of the human factor on flight
safety as well as the drawbacks of aviation accidents investigation methods and
technologies in case the accident takes place due to a controller’s erroneous
actions at the moment of direct air traffic control, a methodology has been
worked out to conduct an appropriate analyses by means of frames as the
compulsory component of decision making supportive intellectual system. A suitable module
in a form of a programming product has been introduced into a practical realization
at an ATC simulator, enabling to conduct a complete and all – round analyses of
an ATC controller’s mistaken actions and rendering assistance in their
proactive prevention in the professional activities.
