SOCIONICAL PORTRAIT FORMATION

In the article results of
the application of socionical principles to form
pilot’s professional and psychological portrait in the expect
and extreme conditions of aircrafts exploitation are presented. It is
ascertained that such socionical types as sensological introvert, logical-intuitive extravert and
logical- sensory introvert are the most acceptable for the flying profession
according to which proposals on the improvement of professional and
psychological choice by means of top-priority selection of students with the
stated sociotypes to the flight educational
institutions were formulated.
