KONCEPTION OF AUTOMATED
UNMANNED AVIATION COMPLEX FOR ACTIVE
EFFECT ON METEOROLOGICAL PROCESSES OVER AIRPORT ZONES

The state-of-the-art review of conceptual,
technical and economical facets of unmanned aviation
complex (UAC) generation for cool fog
dispersal. Delivery vehicle
of a reagent is unmanned carrier
with airo-elastic wing. This system
is worse of manned aircrafts
usable for such application in dispersion rate
of spatial requirement. But absence of crew loss risk and an expensive technique
loss during flight in difficult meteorological conditions, and such properties
as "soft" wing, low flight speed and higher maneuverability of unmanned vehicle, light
weight, compact structure, higher ratio of payload to
takeoff weight are advantages. In addition the using of such carrier doesn't require prepared
ground for takeoff and landing, special takeoff and landing devises.
Key words: airport, nonstop work, safety, fog, active effect, aviation unmanned complex, conception.
