In papers limitations at bending process use are
defined, such as decrease of width of a walls and swelling of walls, ovality of cross-section and altitude of folds, wrinkling
which appear on the constricted part at the tube bending. Influence of relative
width of a blank on decrease of width of a walls is
observed and a swelling of walls of tubes, the minimum radius of a bending of a
pipe on an established tolerance on ovality is
defined. The analytical model for cross-section of the bent pipe is resulted
and influence of radius of the press tool, radius of a tube and width of a tube
on process of formation of wrinkles is examined at tube bending.
Key words: tube
bending, decrease of width of a walls and a swelling of
walls, ovality of cross-section, altitude of walls,
wrinkling, minimum radius of a bending.
