DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIMODE LIQUID ROCKET ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY PNEUMOPUMP FOR TAKEOFF AND LANDING MODULES

Given the heightened interest in the development of advanced landing systems SDO Yuzhnoye offers a multi-mode rocket engine RD860L that can be used in composition of a landing module to deliver a robotic rover, research gear, space telescope on a mechanical mobile platform to carry out research missions on Moon and Mars surfaces. The new RD860L engine is designed on the base of an existing DU802 propulsion system of Krechet AST using pneumopump supply.
