FORMATION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR POWER OF ILV GROUND COMPLEXES

A problem of modern power supply systems of Integrated Launch Vehicles (ILV) Ground Complexes has been presented and analysed. That problem is electric power quality (EPQ). We propose functional (conventional) division of the power supply system (PSS) into a power part and Electric Power Quality Monitoring System (EPQMS). Requirements for EPQMS purpose have been formed. Basic EPQMS requirements are: continuous monitoring of electric power parameters (voltage, current, frequency), parameters archiving and documenting, continuous monitoring of current state and operational time of the equipments and also comparison of values of measured and permissible parameters. Given EPQMS structural schemes are helpful for studying the basic principles of operation of this system in the common mode and in the mode of exceeding the limits of norms of electric power quality indices.
