FORMING OF PROCEDURE OF EXPOSURE OF EXISTENT AREA OF SURPLUS AND ITS USE FOR PROVIDING OF FUNCTIONAL STABILITY OF CAS OF AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL

The article highlights forming of procedure of exposure of existent area of surplus and its use for providing of functional stability of air traffic control. The optimum use of surplus for providing of functional firmness of ASUPR is based on the offered method of the stage-by-stage diminishing of power of base (to the base) of permutable polyhedron, and also principle of forming of maximal base, at immersion of plural of feasible solutions in a partly well-organized plural for which an objective function and gradient is monotonous.
