CONTROL BREAKAGE METHODS OF WORKING WHEEL BLADES AT TESTS CONTAINMENT CASINGS OF AVIATION ENGINES

The known breakage methods of blade are considered at tests containment casings of the aviation engines. The lacks of these methods are revealed. The inexpensive and effective method of additional loading section is offered. The method of blade breakage consists in redistribution of stresses in the set section of blade at additional thermal loading and in maintenance of quasi-fragile destruction of blade on specified section on the set frequency of rotation of a rotor. The calculated modelling of control breakage of blade is carried out. At use of this method the reliable control blade breakage in demanded section on the set frequency of rotation without use of explosion is provided. The offered method of thermal control breakage of blade has been used at carrying out of test containment fan casing of the aviation engine on the spin rig.
