HARDWARE-SOFTWARE COMPLEX FOR INVESTIGATION OF
ALGORITHMS AND PROCESSES IN CNC MACHINES

Improvement
of machining efficiency in aviation greatly depends on high-speed milling
technology application. Necessity to carry out investigations of algorithms and
processes in CNC machines on real equipment is stipulated by dependence of
high-speed processing efficiency from parameters of certain equipment. Hardware-software complex integrated with CNC
system based on personal computer for recording the parameters in processing
equipment and internal CNC variables with CNC control loop frequency is
developed. Applications of the system for designing an equipment control
algorithm by step motion from operator console, feed prediction algorithm,
software regulator optimization, investigations of energy and vibrations at
high-speed milling are shown.
