Were
carried out metallographic investigations of modernized constructions of
multilayered coatings type Avinit С on the nitride
base. Avinit С are coatings on the base of system
Ti-Al-N and coatings on the base of system Mo-N. Utilizing in developing
technologies effective methods of surface etching and cleaning and multistage
arc suppression system for prevention of surface deteretorriation
by microarcs made it possible to deposit coatings on
precision surfaces of high-class roughness up to 12-13 without increasing
surface roughness. Obtained experimental results gives an idea of possibility
low temperature deposition of hard coatings Avinit С
on the base of metal nitrides in regimes wich
guarantees vivid adhesion to the base material (steel Х12МФ, Din 1.2379, BOHLER Х155CrVMo12-1, ASTM D2) without decreasing
of strength properties of steel (< 200ºC) and without buckling of
coated surfaces. Obtained results allows us to develop software for deposition
of multilayered multicomponent coatings of pregiven composition on Avinit
equipment and working out of stable
technologies of functional coatings deposition for utilizing in precision
friction pairs of aviation units.
