CALCULATED APPRECIATION OF
EFFICIENCY OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE
COOLING FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH SUPERCHARGE

The article
is devoted to valuation of perspective of using high-temperature cooling for
internal combustion engine with supercharge for the purpose to increase its energy and fuel
efficiency. Investigation of temperature level influence to parameters of engine
was conducted for diesel engine YMZ-840. Results of investigation shows that
fuel economy may be provided by high-temperature cooling. In the article
condition for high-temperature cooling is determined. The article contains
recommendations of engine’s modernization which are necessary for achievement
of high-temperature cooling system’s efficiency and reliability.
