PECuliarities OF DISTRIBUTING OF VIBRATIONS STRESSES IN ONE SINGLE-CRYSTAL BLADES WITH
DAMAGES

The work presents an analysis of
vibrations of single crystal turbine blade with damage. The calculations
was spent on the basis of the 3D models by finite elements method with
the use of the special finite elements that account for the stress localization
evffect in the crack apex. At a numerical analysis
taken into account, that the spatial orientation of
cracks in one single-crystal blades depended on the crystallography axes
orientation. Influence of crystallographic anisotropy and damages on natural
frequencies, modes and stress intensities localizations is estimated.
