Data of thermal testing of main
engine MAN B & W 6L80MCE bulk carrier type capsize is presents. On the main
operational mode conducted parametric diagnostics of technical condition of
cylinder group, fuel system and valve gear. Analysis of the performance
indicator of the workflow is done with the help of diagnostic D4.0H. To
determine the effective performance and mechanical efficiency was applied to a
system based on wireless sensors mounted on the shaft of rowing, which record
the frequency response of the rotation and working in the mode of MESH-network.
To further evaluate the effective performance and to determine the parameters
of turbo used methods of spectral analysis. With the methods presented in this
paper was to calculate the rotational speed of turbochargers for all
operational modes, including for diesel, which tachometers turbines were not
provided.
Key words: marine diesel engines, the working
process parameters, sea
trials tests, spectral
analysis.
