Control the number of d-ferrite in steels 18-10 METHOD FOR DETERMINING MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY PARAPROCESS

Quantitative linear dependence of the d-ferrite paraprocess susceptibility of austenitic chromium-nickel steel has been determined experimentally. The dependence obtained can be used as a basis for the development of new magnetometer method for determining the volume content of d-ferrite in steels by the known preprocess susceptibility. The research results are of interest to determine the correlation between the amount of ferritic phase and the service properties of industrial austenitic chromium-nickel steel, that is of great practical importance
