INCREASE of EFFICIENCY of MACHINING of PISTONS

An analytical review of experimental researches to enhance the reflectivity of the outer surface of the pistons of internal combustion engine after finishing of it with a blade tools from different manufacturers is provides. Tools made of polycrystalline diamond with a special sharpening by manufacturers of Ukraine, Russia, the European Economic Community are used. The parameter of price / quality of machining has estimated in value terms (cost per unit length and time units of tools of a different manufacturers). Dependence of the reflectivity of a outer surface from graininess of the source material from which made tools has marked.
